1. Realizing “Mobility for All”
Toyota Woven City, in line with the Toyota Group’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, aims to “expand the definition of mobility and create a society where potential can be realized.” To achieve this, it is essential that everyone—regardless of age, individual characteristics, or circumstances—can easily access the information and services we provide. This is how we define accessibility.
2. Inclusive Language
At Toyota Woven City, our approach is intended to reasonably accommodate the requirements of individuals from diverse backgrounds and circumstances. We aim to achieve this through co-creation with those same people, and their feedback.
Similarly, we believe that the words we use matter. We endeavor to create a place where everyone feels respected and included, by adopting language that is considerate and celebratory of diversity.
In general, we use people-first language when referring to a person with a disability (or people with disabilities). We also respect individual preferences around personal identity, and understand that for some, their disability is an essential part of who they are.

4. Experimental and Pilot Services
Woven City is a test course for mobility, where digital and urban pilot services are being conducted. Precisely because we are at this stage, we want to involve a diverse group of Weavers to work with as early as possible. Through diverse threads, we can create a more accessible city, and more accessible experiences.
We welcome your feedback, which helps us improve products and services to improve accessibility. We strive to create an environment where everyone can enjoy their experiences at Woven City.
5. Feedback
If you notice any accessibility issues, have trouble accessing content, or would like to share any feedback, please reach out to us via the Contact page.
We take your input seriously and will use it to help make our websites and apps more accessible for everyone.
